Yes! Unlimited and Premium members can freeze their membership for up to 2 months per year for a small administrative fee of $15/month.
Monthly memberships require 30 days notice to cancel. Annual memberships are non-refundable but can be frozen if needed.
Class packs are valid for 3 months from purchase date. Extensions may be granted for medical reasons with documentation.
Memberships are non-transferable. However, class packs can be shared with family members, and unlimited members receive guest passes.
Please cancel at least 2 hours before class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows for unlimited members may result in a $10 fee.
