What should I bring to my first class?

Just yourself and comfortable clothing! We provide mats, props, and water. Many students bring their own mat and water bottle.

Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?

Absolutely not! Yoga will help you become more flexible over time. Our classes welcome all levels and bodies.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class to complete paperwork and get oriented. For regular classes, 5-10 minutes is perfect.

What if I need to cancel my class?

Please cancel at least 2 hours before class through our app or website. Late cancellations may incur a fee for unlimited members.

Can I try a class before committing?

Yes! New students receive one free trial class. No credit card required to book.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes, we offer private and semi-private sessions. Contact us for availability and pricing.
