Siblings Aisha and Kabir started Brew & Bake as a weekend pop-up serving single-origin pour overs and grandma's cardamom buns. Word-of-mouth love turned that pop-up into a warm, sunlit café where regulars now feel like family.
We obsess over sourcing, roasting, fermenting, laminating, and plating so that every sip and bite feels nostalgic yet new. Each corner of our café reflects the people we serve—artists, founders, bookworms, and remote workers who bring the space to life.
