Custom Order FAQ

How long does a custom order take?

Timelines vary depending on complexity, but most custom pieces take 4-8 weeks. We'll provide a specific timeline during consultation.

Can I see progress photos?

Absolutely! We provide regular progress updates and photos throughout the creation process so you can see your piece come to life.

What if I'm not happy with the final piece?

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer revisions and will work with you until you're completely happy with the final result.

Do you offer refunds?

We require a 50% deposit to begin work. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund the deposit and keep working until you're happy.

Can I visit the artisan's workshop?

Some artisans welcome studio visits. We'll coordinate this based on the artisan's availability and your location.

What materials do you use?

We use high-quality, sustainable materials. We'll discuss material options and sourcing during your consultation.
