Who we are

This policy covers the Tech Studio website (techstudio.co.in) and the Tech Studio Admin web and mobile apps, run by Tech Studio Pvt Ltd, India (“Tech Studio”, “we”). We decide how the personal information described here is used. Questions go to info@techstudio.co.in.

What we collect on the website

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we collect your name and email address, and anything else you choose to add: company, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, budget range, timeline and your project brief.

Technical information: our servers see your IP address. We use it to stop spam and repeated submissions, and we record it with your enquiry in our internal audit log. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

Visit statistics, without cookies: to learn which pages are useful and how people find us, our own server counts page views and taps on the Enquire, WhatsApp and Call buttons on phones. For each view we record the page address, the website you came from (its domain only), any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), and whether you use a phone, tablet or computer. To count visitors without identifying them, the server combines your IP address and browser details with a random value that exists only in its memory and is replaced every day, and keeps only the result. That result cannot be turned back into your IP address or linked to your visits on other days, and your IP address is not stored with these statistics. Detailed page views are deleted after 30 days; only daily totals are kept.

If you send an enquiry, we note the first page you visited that day and where you came from, so we know which pages bring enquiries. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not count your visits or record any of this.

The website uses no cookies, advertising or third-party tracking tools. Browsing it does not create a profile of you. To load faster and work offline, it keeps copies of some pages and images you have already opened in your browser, and it notes once that you have seen the “install the app” message so it is not shown again. Neither identifies you, neither is sent to us, and clearing your browser’s site data removes both.

What we collect in the Tech Studio Admin apps

The admin web app and the Tech Studio Admin mobile app are for Tech Studio staff only; there is no public sign-up. For each staff account we keep the name, email address, role and a hashed password. Each sign-in records the IP address and device type, so staff can see and sign out their active sessions, and actions in the app are recorded in an audit log for security.

The mobile app stores only its sign-in token on the device, in the phone’s secure storage (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore). It does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos, and it contains no analytics or advertising.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or quotation, and deliver and support any project we agree on.
• To send you an email confirming that we received your enquiry, with a reference number.
• To keep our services secure and to prevent spam and abuse.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations when we work together.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. Two service providers process it for us:

• Railway hosts the website, the admin apps and our database.
• Resend delivers our emails, such as your enquiry confirmation.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Where it is stored

Our servers are operated by Railway in data centres in the European Union and the United States, so your information is stored and processed outside India. It travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details while we are discussing or working on your project, and afterwards for as long as needed for our business records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

How we protect it

All connections use HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as hashes, staff see only what their role allows, staff sessions can be revoked instantly, and access is recorded in an audit log. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct or update it, or have it deleted, and you can raise a grievance with us. Email info@techstudio.co.in from the address you used with us, and we will reply as soon as we can, within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Our website and apps are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
